Tangram Puzzle Pro is an awesome puzzle game. The game play is extremely simple. You have a set of shapes that you have to organize inside a bigger gray shape. Simply shake the phone to reveal your shapes, then you can click and drag to move a shape, and click and drag you finger inaround the shape to rotate it.

I own another tangram puzzle for the iPhone and its pretty good but my gripe is that you have to match up the shapes perfectly or else is doesnt work. (You can't overlap pieces.) The cool thing about this app is if your piece is close to the right spot it will snap to the edge. I love puzzle games, and this game is for sure one of my favorites, it will keep you entertained for hours.

iSki App is a professional grade ski resort weather tracker. The app allows you to view a list of locations by region, or you can save your favorite resorts to show up on the home screen. In the list view you can quickly see the current weather, base snow, and new snow. By clicking the resort name it takes you to a more detailed view, which includes snow depths, new snow, and weather conditions. The App also allows you to see the resorts webcam, trail maps, and your current location. You can add friends in settings and as long as thier phones are on (or if you run the app then lock the screen.) you can keep track of where they are at the resort.

There have been some complaints about recieving loads of powder alerts when it is enabled, but I have not run into the issue. If you check the box in setings to recieve powder alerts then you will. If not then you dont have to worry about it. This app is very well done, and has a clean look and feel. I would recomend giving it a try, what do you have to loose, its free!

I have had the opportunity to help put together this app which is in essence a simple yet elegant childrens book. The book is called "Mommy where do monsters live?" The book is sixteen pages long, and you can access a thumbnail view of the pages by clicking on the page number. The book is simple, yet it looks great, and it does a great job of attracting childrens attention. The book is about kids universal fear of monster. For the low price of this app it is definitely worth downloading.

Fonix iSpeak is a professional grade voice dialer for the iPhone. One of the biggest gripes people had with the iPhone when it came out was that it didn't come with any method to voice dial. I have tried out a handful of other voice dialers, and they all seem to fall short.

The first time you launch iSpeak it imports your contacts, and builds a grammar file with the names in your contact list. One of the cool things with this dialer is that you don't have to have an internet connection for it to work, and you don't have to worry about uploading your contacts to an unknown server. The processing all happens on the device. I have eighty contacts on my device and the import took less than a minute. With iSpeak you don't need to train the app to recognize the names, launch the app and your ready to go.
